The Digital Future Discussed at "Studio-Side Talks": "The Future of Architectural Presentation"
Organized by our department as part of World Architecture Day events, the "Studio-Side Talks" (Stüdyo Önü Sohbetleri) introduced our students to the design and representation technologies of the future. Mir Hazar Arslan, an alumnus of our faculty, shared the latest developments in the field of architectural presentation and visualization through an inspiring presentation.

Attended by a large audience, the event saw Mir Hazar Arslan address the transformative impact of emerging technologies on architectural visualization and representation processes. Arslan detailed how tools such as the real-time rendering engine Unreal Engine 5 and the next-generation AI model GPT-6 Astra could be positioned within architectural practice; he shared the technical advantages these tools offer, their functions within the design process, and methods for integrating them into professional workflows.

Drawing on his own professional experience, Arslan offered advice to students, touching upon critical points to consider when using AI and advanced visualization tools, methods for preserving design originality, and strategies for effective prompt and model management. He emphasized that technological advancements are merely tools and that architectural thought and spatial quality must always remain at the core.

Following an interactive Q&A session where students posed their questions, the event concluded with a presentation of appreciation to our alumnus and a commemorative photo session.
