The Karabük University Safranbolu Başak Cengiz Faculty of Architecture organized a “Democracy and National Unity Sketching Event” as part of the July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day commemorations. Held at the Safranbolu Leyla Dizdar Cultural Center and lasting two hours, the event was attended by 12 children and 8 adults. Participants freely expressed the meaning of July 15 for them through drawings, sketches, symbols, and short notes, contributing to a shared memory. The resulting works were exhibited on the Architecture Department floor to raise awareness and make the shared feelings and thoughts visible.
