The second Spring Semester Student Meeting, hosted by Karabük University Safranbolu Başak Cengiz Faculty of Architecture, was held on May 21, 2026, with the active participation of our students.
The meeting, coordinated by our Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. İsmail Rakıp KARAŞ, was attended by the Vice Deans Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet MUTLU and Dr. Ayşe Merve SARAÇOĞLU GEZER, the Head of the Department of Architecture Assoc. Prof. Dr. Merve Tuna KAYILI, the Faculty Secretary Yahya KARABUDAK, and faculty members and staff. The meeting, which facilitated direct communication between the faculty administration and students, was conducted in an interactive manner.
The meeting, which also served as a semester-end evaluation, included listening to the opinions, suggestions, and requests of the students. Mutual exchange of ideas took place under the headings of education and training processes, studio work, and academic development. Students were given information, particularly regarding internship, summer school, and graduation ceremony processes. At the meeting, where students were wished success for the upcoming end-of-year exams, an early Eid al-Adha greeting was also exchanged.
We believe that this productive meeting, which allows our students to directly connect with the administration, will make a significant contribution to the quality of education and the culture of institutional solidarity in our faculty, and we thank all the students who participated.
